    Hi,
Loving the experience so far with Jotform and planning to cancel our NinjaForm subs and move everything over to JF :)

We have another project I'd like to explore if it's possible to do with Jotform + Xapier\ anything else you can think of.

We have paper "registers" that members need to sign each time they come to our club I'm hoping we can replace with a JotForm.

The RO in charge first gets a paper register out and signs in, then each participant under their supervision also signs the form.

There can be multiple RO's and groups at any one time using different registers.

Is it possible to have a form starting with "Create a new register" or "Join an existing register" and these connect to lists\sheets, something?

    Eg.
User 1 creates a new register and fills out the form
User 2 selects join existing register and the list of "open" registers appear, they select user 1's register and fill their form out to join it.

User 1 then closes the form at the end of the session and it's no longer visible for other users to join.

    Cheers,
    David

I'm not exactly sure if I understood your question correctly. Do you want to create some kind of an approval form? If so please check the following guide:

A General Approach on Building an Approval Process Workflow

You can also show/hide form fields based on the selected options.

How to Show or Hide Fields Base on User's Answer

So, at the start of the form, you can ask the users if they want to "Create a new register" or "Join an existing register", and then show a different set of fields based on the selected option.

The forms can be integrated with Google Sheets.
