Not receiving password reset email

    Ive tried multiple times to reset my password.  Nothing is sent to any other folder and I tried all my email accounts

    I have checked your mail logs but it there was not attempt for the password reset for your account ianisajalapeno.

    A reset instruction would be sent to your email address ian*****lapeno@gmail.com
