Cannot download submission as PDF in the Jotform mobile form app

    Can’t access a pdf version of a submission the app just continues to show a loading spinning circle the eventually a blank black screen? Image attached

    To clarify, this issue is happening when you try to download the submissions as PDF in the email?

    May we know if you're using the Jotform Mobile Form app?

    May we know if this issue is happening when viewing the submissions in the submission page?

    Correct I’m using the app version, I’m clicking on view submission, then clicking on download as pdf. Then nothing happens for a while like it’s loading for way too long, then I get a black screen as in the image I sent in my previous email.

    I’m also struggling to actually submit the form it keeps saying something is not right and highlighting red but I’ve got all the boxes filled in?

    For your submission page in the Jotform mobile form app, I can't seem to replicate the issue at my end.

    I have checked your form submission and it seems you don't have any submissions yet or maybe the submission is not sync. Kindly try to reset your mobile phone.

    If the issue persists, may we know the mobile device you're using?
