Why do I have a notification saying 'page isn't working' when I send my application?

    eu-submit.jotform.com is currently unable to handle this request.

    Do you mean that you get this error when you try to submit the above form?

    I tested this form and was able to successfully submit it.

    Can you please test with different browsers?

    If the issue still persists, please try to clear cache, cookies and recent history in your browsers and then test again.
