How to generate password to set form Encryption?

    Hi,

I'm trying to encrypt form submissions, it looks pretty straight forward and even read the how to, but I don't have the option to generate password. I now still use the free version, but look to upgrade to silver, will it be available then?

    Thanks,

    Maarten

    Greetings Maarten.

    Thank you for your message.

If you are using Google or Facebook to log in, you need to create a password to be able to create encrypted forms. You can do this by resetting your password. To achieve this, you need to log out, select the login option, and from there choose Forgot Password? link, and then follow provided instructions.

You can also click here for additional information.

Let us know if you have any further questions.

    Hi Bojan,

I can reset password, but I'm NOT logged in with Google nor Facebook, I have created a direct Jotform account. But I'm still using the free version. It's not because it's the free version?

Paid or Free accounts have the same process. If you create a direct Jotform account, you can use your password to enable the encryption.

Please check this guide for more information before enabling the encryption in your form: Encrypted-Forms-and-How-to-Use-Them
