Having trouble accessing URL of the uploaded file

Hey guys I had to upload a photo of myself to this casting agency I am talking too and everything seemed to upload correctly however when I got a confirmation in my inbox of what was sent to the Jotform I go to click the attachment and an error message comes up in a new tab ??? not sure if there is currently a mistake made on my end or theirs, thank u.

Hello Lachlan! The photo URL that you pasted here is working. You're not able to access the uploaded file because of the security settings of the form owner (whose form you filled).
