Jotform to Trello integration via Zapier is not working

Hello, 

I have set up a Zap in my Zapier account to transfer each Jotform submission in Beetle Magazine single Entry to a Trello card. But this is not working. 

When I test it, a test card gets created in Trello. However, actual submissions are not getting transferred. Can you please help?

You don't need to use Zapier to connect JotForm with Trello. You can add this integration directly from JotForm. To get started, open the form Settings, select Integrations from the left menu, and search and select Trello:

You would first need to authenticate and modify the actions after the submissions.
