Hi! We'll need more information about this issue. Do you have a Form ID/Form URL?
We usually email users when they fill a form, save a form or receive a submission on one of their forms.
Please check your email address for any such email from JotForm and provide us with more information about the form that you're referring to.
Sometimes, emails from JotForm lands in SPAM folder, so you may need to search your Inbox for the emails received from noreply@jotform.com.
