We are looking a customizable form solution with aprroval and payment integration means our customer should apply for registration with payment details but payment should deduct after getting approval n all notifications should send to customers n copy to us.
This kind of process is feasible with your form pls let us know
So that we can communicate n purchase.

Hello Shakil! What you're trying to achieve is possible. With JotForm you can create customized forms that can have your design, logo and other company information.
You can use our form service for registration purposes and yes you along with the form filler will get the email alerts with the submitted information once a form is submitted. You can read more about these email alerts here: Explanation-of-Email-Notification-and-Autoresponder-Settings
Apart from the emails, you will also be able to access the submitted registation information from within JotForm. More information on this can be found here: How-to-View-Form-Submissions

If you want to only collect your users Credit card information and bill them later only if it is required, then you can use our payment authorization feature.
