Hello, I have 2 forms with a total of 3 incomplete paypal payments. I followed the tutorial here, but I still don't see the transaction having taken place in my paypal account.
Steps I followed:
- Enabled IPN messages, with the jotform url provided, through paypal
- Looked at my IPN history (none of these transactions appear, sent or disabled)
- Completed 2 of the transactions manually via jotform, hoping this would trigger action in my paypal IPN history, but it has not.
I don't know what else to do from my end. Should I contact paypal?
THanks,
Jessica

Hi Jessica,
Thank you for contacting Support.
May we ask which form is in question?
I have checked your last form used: https://form.jotform.com/201705827299059
Upon checking your PayPal integration widget, it seems that you were not able to add jotform's IPN relay which causes PayPal to notify you.
Please copy and paste this URL into your "Paypal Integration Widget"
https://www.jotform.com/ipns/paypal.php
Let us know if the issue still persists.

Thank you! I have updated the IPN Relay URL on both forms in question (Solidarity Donation & Raffle Ticket). This did not solve the issue, however, I did resolve one of them. It was because the donor did not complete the submission on their end after being redirected to paypal. Perhaps it was a similar issue for the other two. But I don't know how else to tell unless I contact them.

Yes, please try to contact your second user and ask them to resubmit the form.
Since, you were able to fix the form and it worked for the first user, it should also work now for the second one.
Please give it a try and let us know if you need any further assistance.
