Good afternoon,

I'm from the UK and a have a small company. 

Can I use jotform for free?

Will I be able to add signature field for free?

Is this form interactive?

Can I speak to someone direct if I need help creating the form?

Can the client complete this form on their mobile phone?

I intend to create clients questionnaire form for customers to sign and return to me.

JotForm currently offers 4 plans, Starter(Free), Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The signature field is available on all plans including Starter. On a free account, the only thing to be wary of is the usage and limits, and you can check our pricing page to see what can a Free account offer you.

If you want your form to be interactive, we actually have a lot of widgets, apps, features, and third-party integration which you can use. Form is responsive across all browsers and devices, so customers can fill out the form regardless of what devices they are using so long as they have access to your form.

Unfortunately, we don't provide phone support. Though, you can post any queries on our Support Forum if you need some help. Support team operates 24/7 and we respond in less than 24 hours.
