    I've checked your email address and there's no Jotform account registered under email address, so you are logged in as a guest account. If you previously had forms created using Jotform, you may have another account created with different email address. 

    Otherwise, if you have the link (URL) of the forms you are referring to, you can share it with us and will check furhter details.
