I would like to use credit card pay method. How can I set it up?

You may set the Discount type to percent and set it to 100% for a coupon, and apply the discount to Shipping for a specific amount as shown below: For example. For orders above $70, shipping is free.

2. I would like to know can I set an automatic discount on all orders above a certain amount? 

You can add the products using the Multiple Choice field. Then add value on each workshop to use it for the calculations:

A. How-to-Assign-Calculation-Value -this is the guide on how to assign calculation values on each of your products on the Multiple Choice field.

B. How-to-Perform-Form-Calculation-Using-a-Widget- then you can refer to this guide on how to calculate for the total amount based on the user's selection.

C. Then another 2 Form Calculation widget to calculate for the Discount (10%) and Discounted amount.

D. You can Hide and Show the 'Discount' and 'Discounted Amount to Pay' fields if the 'Total' field is equivalent to the total amount of all the workshops.: How-to-Show-or-Hide-Fields-Base-on-User-s-Answer

You can accept credit card payments through PayPal.
