Regarding Jotforms

Hi,

We are looking for a new form platform for our nonprofit. I hope you can help us with this. We are receiving an amount of 9000 or more applications a month. 

Since we are a nonprofit, what do you need for us to apply for a nonprofit discount?

Regarding support, do you provide chat/phone support, or is it only via email?

Unfortunately, we do not offer phone support. We do have chat support (9 am to 7 pm  EST mon-fri). But it is only available when the forum is manageable.
