HIPAA forms: I do not see any option to make field protected / not protected.

The other thing is related to HIPAA forms and PHI. IN this guide https://www.jotform.com/help/518-How-to-set-PHI-fields-on-your-forms it shows that there should be a protected/not protected field that can be toggled on/off. I do not see this on my jotform builder. I don't see it  when I create my own form and don't see it when I use a healthcare form intake template. I do not see it in settings either. Where is this and how do I turn it on?

    Hello @Benjmalcolm,

Thank you for contacting our support team.

The reason you are not seeing the options to protect your form fields is that you have not yet enabled HIPAA compliance on your account yet.

Do note that HIPAA compliance is not automatically enabled when you purchase the Silver subscription, you will need to manually enable this feature.

Please follow the steps provided in the following user guide to assist you in enabling HIPAA on your account. How-to-upgrade-to-HIPAA-Compliance

Once you have HIPAA enabled you will be able to use the guide you already have to protect your form fields.
