Is it possible to show all forms filled by a client based on their name?

Hello,

I would like to know if there is a feature to search for a name to bring up all the forms they have filled out?

Also we created a skincare form for our clients, when we go to upload it as a PDF it doens't show all the questions on the form only part. Is there something I'm missing. We need to upload a PDF version into our spa software.

When viewing the PDF version, I can see all the questions but when I select download it only shows very minimal of the form.

Could you explain how you would like to use the mentioned feature, is it fill data in the form/show to a client once he fills the form?

Could you provide the pdf that you are trying to upload?

We have created numerous client intake forms for services we provide that clients fill out depending on what service they get. Some clients may have 5 different forms. Is there an option to type in the clients name and all the forms they filled out come up?

You may search for the submission of a specific form but it is not possible to search for all the forms submission.
