    Hi Shaik,

    It appears that your account has been suspended due to phishing activities on your form particularly the following. - Using Custom Logo - Using Custom Logo - Collectin Passport and Government ID


    Your account was suspended due to all of your forms which were flagged by our system for a possible scam and copyright logo.

    Although we understand that this might not be the case with your form, we had to act according to the general rule to be in compliance with our Terms:

    Free accounts with non-corporate emails showing suspicious forms must be suspended immediately.

    You agree that Jotform, Inc. may terminate your Jotform Service immediately if a form's purpose is found to be deceptively obtaining, for example: sensitive credit card information, social security numbers, user login credentials, or other sensitive personal information. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the violating forms will be suspended immediately.

    We can reactivate the account but we need to delete the infringing fields from your form. You must also agree with our Terms of Use.
