I created a form and all the notification is going through my gmail account I changed the email alert and my account an still receive notification via my email. how do change it to my work email thx

You have to manually change your form recipient email address. follow this guide: Finding out E-Mail Address Used for Submission Notifications.
Note that you'll have to test the form by clicking "Preview" button because "Test Email" button will only send email notification to your account email address.
