The account keeps on getting locked for no apparent reason. Please fix.

Greetings,
Accounts enabled with HIPAA Compliance are being lockout due to multiple failed login attempts. I activated your account, you should be able to login now.
Please make sure to access using the correct account credentials to avoid lockout again. If you are not sure in your current account password, you can first reset it and then try to log in with a new one:
