    Hi Jotform Team,


    One of our forms whenever a customer tries to submit a request it shows error "Form disabled" Please help! Error screenshot attached.

    I've checked your account and your forms were disabled due to the account over-limit. However, currently, as everything is below the limits, the account is active and forms should be accessible without any issue.

    Please check and let us know if the customer still encounters the issue.
