    Hello! I noticed that you were billed today for your Yearly Premium subscription. You can cancel your subscription from the Billing section of your account as described in our article on How to Cancel a Subscription and Downgrade Back to Free

    Once you've downgraded to a FREE plan, kindly let us know via this ticket and we will process your refund.

    Please note that as you're on a Premium plan, this plan along with its benefits won't be available for you again, as these plans are no longer available for new customers. In case you decide later to re-subscribe to a paid Jotform plan, you'll have to choose from one of our current plans.

    I can see that you've now canceled your subscription. Your account is now on the free plan and a full refund on the recent payment has been processed. Please wait 3 to 5 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.
