    Good afternoon,

I have received an unsettling email that I am trying to resolve.  The email is from noreply@jotform.com which I am assuming is from your domain.  I have tried to call the number that was provided in the email and have left a message, but it obviously does not match with Jotform.

Is this email from your domain or is your company being impersonated?

    Greetings Linda,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

As you may already know, Jotform offers service for creating online forms. Each form has its owner that uses our service to collect some data through online forms. We have a feature of sending email notifications to the person who fills out any particular form with a copy of the data they submitted.

By default, all such notifications are sent using noreply@jotform.com. However, we are not directly connected to content of the notification body as it corresponds to the fields of each particular form.

Presumably, you filled out and submitted some online form named Get A Quote and also put your email address in the email field. Thus, autoresponder email sent you a copy of the data you submitted.

You can also share the email address where you received that email and we will check for further details.

    Thank you in advance!
