Hello ... I have an issue that I hope you can help with. I have an integration turned on with my google Drive ... some forms that are filled out appear to have only the PDF in their folder and others contain all the uploaded documents. I need to have all the documents that were uploaded in a form in my google Drive. Is there any way to get all the exisiting data that is in Jotform into their google drive integrated folder?

All attachments should be included for submissions that was submitted after you have integrated to Google Drive. You have to resubmit the form if you want past submission attachments to be sent to google drive.

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. Can you confirm if the submissions in your Google Drive folder that doesn't have the uploaded files really have uploaded files on your form submissions page (in Jotform)?

I noticed in your form 2020-21 Bigstone Education Authority POST SECONDARY APPLICATION, which I assume the form you are referring to that there are submissions that don't really have uploaded files.

Can you tell us the submission ID of the submissions that have missing uploaded files in Google Drive, please?

Can you also share with us a screenshot of the Google Drive folder that only shows the PDF submissions but not the uploaded files?

    Hey Tom,

Thanks for writing back to us.

Can you please confirm if the uploaded images are displayed inside the PDF file? I've done a test submission on a cloned form. I did receive the uploaded files in the submissions and in my google drive I can see all the images displayed inside the PDF.

Also, in my second test submission, I did receive the uploaded files as well in the same folder in Google drive.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Thanks.

The files seem to be in Jotform - I can access them from the application
form in the inbox ... but downloading each one would be a bit of a chore
for sure. I wonder if the ones that are in the folders are ones that are
there when people go all the way through in one go vrs come back to their
    form?
Is there any way to get the files in Jotform out without downloading one at
    a time now?

Unfortunately, I do not understand your question completely. Can you please clarify it so we could provide the proper help?

Ok - I will look at the data download .
The other item I mean this :
When someone starts a form ... if they don't complete it they can have an
email link sent to them by your system to finish at a later time ... I am
wondering if the google folders that do not contain anything but the PDF
are forms that were done in this fashion ... for some reason your system
doesn't treat them the same way?

I believe you are right. It seems that the file uploads are not being transferred to the Google Drive for entries submitted through the 'save and continue later' links.

I am escalating a bug report to our developers. Unfortunately, we cannot provide an ETA on when this will be addressed, but we will update you here if we have any news on this.
