How to ensures the client fills out ALL parts of the form before submitting?

Hi !! I’m a small business owner for lash extensions and I was looking for something like this to make my consent forms on for clients digitally. Because of the covid 19 & a lot of places are going paperless , I would love to switch my clients over. I book my clients in myself manually, not online — so this would be perfect for me to send them the link via text message. My question is , I’ve tried out the trial and tested it out, but I noticed even if I leave some spots blank it’ll still let me submit the form back. Is there an option I can get or a setting I can have it at, so that it ensures the client fills out ALL parts of the form before submitting? Thank you so much for hearing out my lengthy question  !

You can set the field to "Required" so they won't be able to skip it.
