How to send PDF letter to go with the other attachments to Zendesk?

    This has blown my mind today - in a good way.I am using a form to create a PDF letter in Jotform. I would ideally like this PDF letter to go with the other attachments to Zendesk. It seems that you can add any attachments but cannot attach the PDF generated from the form, or am I missing something?

    Try enabling PDF Attachments, here's a guide https://www.jotform.com/help/503-How-To-Include-Submissions-As-PDF-Attachment-In-The-Email-Notifications.

    Let us know if the PDF version of the form gets included into Zendesk integration.

    Actually, I just tested it and it doesn't support the PDF attachment. As for the regular file attachments, all files that are uploaded in the form will only come as a link instead of an attachment.
