Problem with receiving completed form by email

    Hi, I have completed the setup of my form Ontario Maple Syrup Production Survey 2020 web, but I can't get it to send an email copy to me. Test won't work either. 

    We have another form that works fine. It sends on test and on completed forms so I know our email isn't being blocked or ending up in spam. The new form is a bit different as there is no email field for the person filling it out. The new form needs to be anonymous. 

    Any thoughts?

    I have made a test submission to your form. I have included my email as well. I could see your name too in the recipient list when I received the email:

    If you have still not received please check the emails in the Spam folder.

    Could you please check if the issue persists?

    Hi Roneet,

    Still did not get the email. I checked Spam and All emails. I get emails from the other form (Membership) with out problems. I did retype the email address in recipients in case there was an error, but no luck. ????

    I did change the account email today. Could that have anything to do with it?

    Could you please delete that notification email and add it once again.

    Try whitelisting our IP address and Domains.
