I love your service but i am disappointed by what happened lately.
I talk about the change in noreply from custom email.
I mean it is ok if you want to change rules as it is your service... but from a serious company a so big change should have been notified by mail to their users!!!!
You can't just make these changes silent! it is not like changing color of a button! it make people lose their emails!!!
I am lucky to have noticed it by myself but what about who will not notice it?
My trust now its a bit low... lets hope there will not be situations like these again in future!

We are very sorry for this inconvenience. We were forced to make this change due to several factors, the most significant one was the fact that many spammers were abusing of our service and caused Jotfom IP addresses and domains were listed into spam database.
Our developers are working hard to develop a tool to detect spammers. For now firstname.lastname@example.org has been setup internally, and custom sender email has been disabled.
