Hello, you mean something like in the screenshot I've taken below as an example or? I see they have several forms on their website so I just want to be sure of which ones so we are on the same page of understanding as you.

I'm not sure how close we could get to an exact copy but I'm decently confident that you could get fairly close to something similar though it will indeed take some time to take it to that level. You can create alot of various types of complex forms. It is also possible to make them smarter and more advanced using things such as injected css, some conditional logic, and even the form's source code. With this we have a Pagebreak Tool and also a Dropdown Box Input that you may find useful.

Additionally you are more than welcome to look through our Template Gallery to see if something there works to your liking.

    oh yes, thank you,,,
now for the workings,,, when someone chooses the make, then the specific models for that make come up....

how do you do that? can that be accomplished with conditions and form collapse?

or how would you do it?

Yes, you can do that with conditional logics as well, a good guide to work with conditional logics is the one below

How to Hide or Show Multiple Fields at Once Based On a Single Conditional Entry

If you still have challenges accomplishing this, then please describe in an ellaborated way the desired escenario and we will try to help you
