    Good Day,

I have some matters which have been frustrating, I hope that you are able to assist me.

    1. completed forms are ending up in my spam meaning I don't see them in time!

    2. Some forms did not make it to my inbox at all and could only be seen when logged into the portal, but then when I replied from the portal the client did not receive the response

    3. I have received an increase in the number of marketing and scam emails which are filled out on this form. This is just irritating and adding to my frustrations with my user experience.

Please let me know if there is anything which can be done. Please respond at your earliest opportunity as this is impacting on our effective running of our business.

    Kind Regards

    Hello there,

    Thank you for reaching Support.

Completed forms are ending up in my spam meaning I don't see them in time!

You may refer to our How to Prevent Emails from Landing in Gmail s Spam Folder guide for more related information.

If this still persists, you may need to ask your email provider to white-list our IP addresses(Whitelisting Jotform IP Addresses and Domains).

Please give it a try and let us know if you have any questions or if you need further assistance.

I have moved your other questions to a new thread so that we can address them separately.

Thank you for your time today on the phone. I am sending on one of the answers which Jot form sent me, but if you log into the online portal there you should be able to see the rest of the communications.
Thanks for sorting this for us.
    Kind Regards

By "Online Portal" - are you referring to the submissions page of the form? If so, you will normally see submissions there. However, you mentioned that you are receiving the notification email in your SPAM folder, please note that this issue may be related to your private email address.

As suggested by my colleague, please whitelist jotform domains and IPs in your web/email host to ensure that all the emails sent to you will be received successfully.
