Transferring hard copy forms to jot form layouts

Hi,  I have a lot of hard copy and MS word and PDF templates of very useful forms and was wondering if there is an easy way (other than re-typing the whole form) to transfer it to Jotform templates? Also, once it is a jotform template, is it automatically web-based and where can we store all our forms? Will the completed forms have a hyperlink so they can be used on our website? Thanks

Please note that it is not possible to import MS Word but you can import your PDF in JotForm and it will create a web form automatically based on imported PDF. You may like to take a look at the following guide which should help you how to import PDF: https://www.jotform.com/help/548-How-Can-I-Import-My-Own-PDF-to-JotForm

When the forms are imported, it will be displayed under "My Forms" page. When you receive submissions in form, all submissions will be displayed in your form's submission page. You can go to your form's submission page to view all the submissions. The following guide should help you: https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-View-Form-Submissions

You can also add report in form which can be then embedded in your web page as well. The following guide should help you how to add report in form: https://www.jotform.com/help/326-How-to-Create-Form-Reports-in-JotForm

    Hope this helps.
