Password Reset is not working

    I am trying to reset my password but the reset email then says the link has expired...

    Hi there,

    Happy to help you today.

    Please make sure that you are using the latest link that you received to change the password. Once a new link is generated the old link gets expired. Are you receiving the password email instantly?
