Missing information once in PDF Form

    Hi, I have finished building our form.  I have worked it so when the form is completed it is emailed with the Download PDF option.  However when I open the PDF in theemail, some of the information is missing.  I have gone into the PDF editor and unticked the hide empty form fields, however still not working.  Can you please help?

    I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. Please let us know the questions that you are not able to see in PDF document. 

    I would suggest you to please delete the existing PDF document from PDF editor and add a new one. Please note that a new PDF document will always include all questions of form. Please check the screenshot below on how to delete and add new PDF document in PDF editor:

    That has worked thankyou.  However, I have come across another issue!

    There is a part of the form where dependent on which drop down selection you make, a certain paragraph text will be visible (rest hidden).  When doing the form online it hides the other paragraphs correctly.  However on the PDF form it displays all paragraph options, which it shouldn't.  Thanks

    Hello! For PDF submission reports, you only have the option to hide empty fields. Unfortunately, conditions of the Web Form does not apply on the PDF Submission Reports.
