Currently having issue on login my acc. Forgot password is not able to receive the reset notification.

Hello,
Your email address may.tan@axxel.biz is linked to a Guest account and you will not be able to reset the password of a Guest account.
However, if you are trying to access the account linked to the form "71899324808470", the email address is its***ort@axxel.biz.
Please note that when you reset an account password, it will send a a reset password email only to the email address linked to that account.
