Can I change the width to fit all of my text when creating Tables?

I did check your form and it seems you are using cards form layout. Unfortunately it is currently not possible to inject custom CSS code to increase the width of text box of input table. 

I would suggest you to please change your form layout to "All questions on one page" and then we will be able to share custom CSS code to increase the width of text boxes. The following guide should help you how to change form layout: https://www.jotform.com/help/493-How-to-Change-the-Form-Layout

Ok just changed the layout.  how do i find what css code to use to make the tables larger?

You can simply change the table's width in the input table's properties.

To clarify, are you referring to the input table values?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to wrap the text of the values.

I'm not sure I understood your requirements correctly.

Do you want the input value background to be gray?
