It would be nice to be able to choose if you are able to see other form recipients in the detail of the form submission e-mail. I include myself in all the form recipients list for my organization and it would be nice to be reminded or be able to see who else the form went to without having to go back to the edit screen for a form. Just a suggestion.

It would also be really nice to be able to have visitors choose from different recipients to email. Like a drop down menu where each option sends an email to a different person.

Thanks for the suggestion but this can already be done with the use of conditional logic. To see how this actually works, clone the form pictured below and change the recipient email addresses (Setup & Embed > Email Alerts > Notification|Notification2 > Reply-To and Recipient Settings > Recipient E-mail) to real ones:
When you change the recipient addresses in the notifications, ensure that they match those in the conditions! (Incidentally, each notification can be sent to multiple recipients but here again they must match those in the conditions.)
For additional information on conditional logic, please see this article in our user guide.
