Upgrade from Storage to Bronze Plan

    Dear Jot form

    Thank you for your amazing platform.

    I have been a user for two years now.


    I just upgraded my Team Jasho Account from the Starter pack to the storage pack. But I just realised, my problems aren't solved until I upgrade further to the Bronze option.

    How can the fee I just paid be used to top up my upgrade to the bronze option?

    Please help.

    Hi,

    thank you for reaching out to us. I can see that you have used PayPal to upgrade to the Storage Plan. Unfortunately, we don't have the option to transfer fees between plans on PayPal. What we can do:

    1. You cancel your subscription to the Storage Plan on PayPal (guide)

    2. We refund you the amount.

    3. Then, you can upgrade to the Bronze Plan.
