My submissions have not been coming to my email for the past week. I get an error message stating that JotForms has blocked this email. Can you all please change this? I need to know that I will be receiving emails before I upgrade to premium.

Your email id "email@example.com" was in our bounce list. I have resolved this issue by removing it form the bounce list. You should now start receiving your submission emails on this email.
Request you to please test your form by doing a live test submission.
