    Subuser Account Notifications

    All of my subusers have stoped receiving their email notifications. WHY?

    The last jotform notifications they received cam in on July 5.

    Please assist.

    We recently had an issue that affected our some of  our users, this was caused  by a change Amazon (our email service cloud) did in their API.  The issue is now resolved, but we know there are still addresses in our bouncing list

    Our developers are  working in a tool that will allow users to check if they are in bouncing list by themselves

    For now, in order to help you to remove email addresses from our bouncing list , please send us a list showing each single email address of your subusers and we will be glad to assist you

    I've checked the email addresses, none of them are in our bouncing list

    Please make sure that your email notifications are setup in the right way. The Sender Name should be always pointing out to a Name field into your form.

    Why would our notifications suddenly stop working?
    Everything WAS set up properly.
    I don’t understand how this could happen.

    Hi Nikki! Our developers did make some changes in the Email Alerts settings, specifically, they disabled the Sender Email and set it to default at noreply@jotform.com. You can still, however, set the Reply-To email to the email field in your account. I did check some of the forms in your account and the Sender Name for your email alerts are set up properly anyway so that shouldn't be a problem. Thanks.
