    Good morning,

I have a form that I created to collect payments and I noticed that once one of my customers used the form one time to make payment it has charged her credit card daily $50 what can I do? I noticed what was happening when I kept seeing money in my account that I didn't earn and was wondering how did it get in my account and this is the only form that I have connect to my source of income. I have now disabled the form to see if this will prevent her card from being charged. When I created the form it was for a one time payment not a re-curing payment. How can I fix this?

    Hello,

I checked your form and it seems that you have set up recurring payments for the form and set it up as daily. There is also no limit for the number of payments - so the customer will be charged daily and forever:

To fix this for the current customer, you will need to cancel the recurring subscription from your Square dashboard.

Here is a relevant guide for reference: How-do-I-work-with-Square-Subscription-and-cancel-it-in-JotForm

After that, change the payment type to "Sell products" instead of "Sell subscriptions" on the payment settings:

OR change the "Number of payments" on these subscriptions as "1" instead of "No limit":

Do test and let us know.
