How do I create my own form? Can I use a current template as a starting point and edit it and add to it?

    You can choose three different options to create a form as a start. These are;

    1- Start From Scratch

    2- Use Template

    3- Import Form.

    If you want to start from scratch, you'll see an empty page and you can choose any element for your form and you can edit the design of the page as well.

    JotForm has various templates for commonly used needs. You can also find a suitable type of form and use it after simple changes.

    Also, you can import forms even if they're not created on JotForm. Import form option allows you to use different forms that are not created on JotForm or copy other created forms on Jotform. You can also clone your existing forms in order to prevent redesigning same form. Import PDF form option lets you to use a pdf formatted form on JotForm. It simply scans the PDF and create editable form for you.
