Why are we receiving duplicate submissions?

    Good morning! We keep getting duplicate submissions of the same form. Is there a way to help prevent this?

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. Generally, the issue may occur when the thank you page is reloaded on the browser. Could you check with the user if they are using a mobile browser to submit the form? When the browser is reopened at a later time, it usually reloads the page that was already opened earlier. The user is required to close the tab after submitting the form. This might also happen with PC browser as well. Is the form embedded on any of your web pages?

    As a workaround, you may consider redirecting the form to your web page to avoid the issue. You may also set Unique Submission or Unique question option in the form settings to restrict the users to send duplicate submissions. Also, please add the Get user agent widget to the form so that the user's browser information shall be captured in the submission that might help in isolating the issue.

    We have received an update from our backend that the duplicate submissions issue should be now resolved. We've added some preventive measures to help deter unwanted resubmissions of the previous entry. Let us know if you experience any further issues. We will be happy to take a look again.
