Appointment field: field is shown as empty on form builder and published form

    Jot form is no longer displaying calendar/appointment correctly (form for this week June 22) Not all time slots have been selected but no calendar is showing on the form. 


    Please assist, ASAP.

    Hello,

    I checked your form and understand that you are referring to these three fields:

    I am able to see the field correctly (only in Form builder) when I cloned your form - but only for two fields and none of them showed up when the form was published:

    Let me escalate this issue to our back end team for further review. Once there is an update we will let you know via this ticket link.

    When I cloned your form and adjusted the End Date in the first Appointment field, it seems fixed the issue. So please try adjusting the End Date:

    If the first Appointment field is not supposed to be available, you can Hide it on the form:

    No that didn’t work. I am not trying to fix kyles I need the other two to work. Kyles is set up correctly.

    Again, Kyle's area (the one in your example) is set up and working
    correctly. I am concerned about the other two Lucas & Omar, I tried
    changing the date and that didn't work. I am getting VERY annoyed that this
    is taking ALL Day to resolve as I initially emailed at 9:00am this morning.
    For a service that says they are 24HR and that I am paying for, this is
    REALLY REALLY frustrating.

    The issue was somehow caused by the 'NC State Coaching Staff- Kyle Sessions' field. Since the booking time for this field is already expired, I have removed the Start/End dates and set the field as hidden.

    The other appointment fields seem to be loading properly now.

    We will also let you know once we receive an update from our back end team, but we cannot provide an ETA on this.
