Can I email a link to staff members for them to complete my form?

You are able to email the direct link of your form to your users, and they won't need to create an account to fill it. You can find a direct link on the Publish tab:

You can also send up to 5 emails at once directly from JotForm. To do this, you need to open the Email from the left menu and select Share on Email:

From here, you are able to modify the message and to add the recipients.
