Hi team
Although I follow the steps to connect to Paypal integration and get this message:
Thank you for signing in
Go back to Jotform
I cannot connect to paypal checkout integration. I get a Failed notice.
Please let me know how to solve it since I want to add products in my form

I am sorry for the trouble caused to you.
Do you have PayPal business type account? Please note that you need to have a premier or business PayPal account for PayPal checkout integration.
If you do have premier or business PayPal account, I would suggest you to please try using a different browser to integrate payment tool with your PayPal account.
Do get back to us if the issue persists.

In general, the integration works, so it could be a browser issue. Please try logging on to an incognito tab or a different browser and do the integration there. If it works, then it is more likely a cache issue with your current browser.
Let us know here if the issue still persists so we can take a second look.
