Hi,
I was wondering if there was a way for me to pre-fill the forms with the info that I need and then send it to the client for review before they sign it, almost like what Docusign can do.

You can prefill your form using URL parameters and then share the link with them. Please check this guide for more information: Prepopulating-Fields-to-Your-JotForm-via-URL-Parameters
You can use this app to prefill your form and generate the link for it: https://prepopulate.jotform.io/

Thanks! This seems to do exactly what I'd like. It doesn't look like it keeps my conditional formatting rules, am I correct?
Also, how do I find this app through Jotforms if I don't have the link handy?

Hi,
prepopulating a form through the URL shouldn't affect your conditions. The only time they could get in conflict if you have a condition inserting a value into a field, and you are populating the same field with a different value via the URL.
If you don't have a link, you can also find the App by opening Apps & Integrations from your home page:
Here you can search for the Prepopulate App:
I hope this helps, please let us know if you have any further questions.
