I am locked out of my account

    Hi,

    I have been trying to access my account and have changed my password but I am still unable to access it and it has now blocked me.

    Could someone please look at this as I am trying to create some more forms

    Hi,

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Your account has been suspended by our automatic phishing detector because the form you have created goes against our Terms of Use.

    It is collecting Driver's License Number without the mandatory Terms and Conditions Widget.

    More importantly, your form is trying to collect Banking Information in plain text fields. Please note that this is not allowed because of JotForms PCI certification. To collect payment information you need to use one of our available Payment Integrations instead.

    We can reactivate your account, but we need to remove the offending fields first. Please let us know if we can proceed with that.

    Thank you for your email, I can make sure these fields are removed to
    comply with the terms. I did not realise this had to be done.
