Widgets stuck on Signature

No matter which widget I select, it always loads up the Signature widget.   Anyone know if this is just a glitch or known issue?

I am not sure if I have understood your issue correctly. What is the issue you are having? Do you mean to say that you are unable to see the list of widgets and it only shows "E-Signature" widget?

I am not able to replicate the issue you are having. I am able to see the list of widgets. Please check the screenshot below:
