Max payment submission limit?

I received a notification that I have almost reached my payment submission limit. I'm unsure exactly what this means. I have the basic plan which allows for 10 monthly payments but I have already collected more than 10 PayPal payments with no issues.

What exactly is considered a payment submission and do I need to upgrade my account? Or can I leave it as it is?

Hi, thank you for reaching out to us.

Payment Submissions: This is the number of submissions that have payment integrations on them. So for example, you have a Paypal payment integration on your form, if a user fills out the form, submitted it and successfully completed the payment, then that would be counted as a payment submission.

Please note that the free account can only receive  10 payment submissions per month. If you already reached your limit for a certain month, you have to wait until your submissions counter resets to zero which will be on every first day of the following month. If that happens, you can upgrade your account to any paid plans to get higher limits and to continue receiving submissions. You can check this guide for more information:  Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits

I hope this will help. Let us know if you have further questions.
