Unable to switch subscription

    We currently have the free version of jot form for out clinic and we have exceeded the number of forms allowed. I am currently trying to change the subscription and after entering the credit card info it gives the error message "unable to switch subscription". Please let me know how to proceed.

    Which subscription do you try to take? Also is it monthly, yearly or bi-early?
