Problem With My Form Suddenly

    I've been using your service for a while now.  All of a sudden, as of sometime on July 6, I stopped receiving the confirmation emails when users fill out my trial version request download
    I have looked at the form and see no problems.  However if attempting to send myself a test from the form layout page on your site, I receive the following warning:  "This email address is blocked by Jotform, please contact us".


    The person filling out the form does receive the auto responder message, although I'm not getting the confirmation emails with their name and email address which is important.

    So, what's the problem here?

    Its vital that I receive these confirmation emails.

    Hi! Thanks for contacting us.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience. There was a problem that came up with the system we are using for emails which has since been fixed. I have removed the email associated with your account from our bounce list so you should be able to receive emails now. If you have other emails in your other forms as well that are having the same issue, please let us know. Thanks!
